LOCATION:
This depends on what kind of session you want to have.  Here are some options:
+ In your gym
+ In the gym that I partner with: The Gym (Gahanna)
+ In your home gym (or kitchen)
+ In a studio 
+ Outside on location (I can suggest places)

CLOTHING & BODY:
+ Wear clothing that will enhance the body parts you want to show off (ask me if you are not sure).
+ Avoid black & neon clothing if possible
+ Bring multiple outfits.  
+ Applying baby oil or lotion will give your skin a healthy glow.  It also adds a little more definition to your muscles.  But don't overdo it.  (Also, apply it with a cloth of some sort - otherwise you won't have great grip in the gym).
+ The way I use my lighting, you will naturally look more tan...
​however, if you want to tan - Do a spray tan a couple days before.  
+ Shaving/Waxing - Shaving can be done the night before, but waxing (if you so choose) needs to be done a couple days ahead of time to allow the skin to heal.

Just for the Ladies:
+ It's the one time, you'll want to wear make-up to the gym.  Nothing over-the-top though.  
+ Hair - depends on the purpose of these pictures: Physique, probably hair down; fitness, probably hair up.  But let's talk.  

EXTRA PEOPLE:
+ Kids?  The only time you should bring your kids is if it is a personal branding session and
we've discussed it ahead of time.
+ If you workout with your SO, we could do a couple of shots with them posed next to you.
